Images
User stories, tasks or bugs often contain media to clarify the specification.
Neo will use the context of any image attachments, or images referenced as a URL, both publicly available as well as those in the tools that it has been set up to access.
Images work better as support for a written description. Neo will try to understand the image in the context of the rest of the ticket.
Some common use cases for image attachments when assigning work to Neo are screenshots of UI bugs or change requests, class diagrams for implementations or refactors or Gantt diagrams to create or update tickets.
Images are not limited to screenshots or exports, try just taking a picture of your whiteboard after discussing a feature with your team and attach it to the ticket!
This works for images attached or embedded in tickets, and for images in pull request comments.
⚠️ Due to a bug in GitHub’s API , attachments are not currently available for private repositories. This is known by GitHub and at the moment there is not an ETA for a fix, therefore this is currently a limitation for private projects using GitHub issues.
